Privacy policy
1. Appointments must be cancelled 24-hours prior to scheduled session time to avoid being charged
2. If a patient/client arrives more than 15 minutes late for an appointment without notification of tardiness, treatment may be considered a late cancellation and reschedule.
3. ALL services are final. No refunds are available for any service.
4. We politely request that you do not leave your child unattended at any time during your visit. This is for the safety of your child as well as maintaining a relaxing
atmosphere for other guests. Children are not permitted in the spa.
5. We ask guests to refrain from bringing or wearing jewelry to the spa. We are not responsible for personal belongings.
